AK-47 Pistol Gas Piston

Pistol length gas pistons for 10" long barreled builds using standard gas blocks/sight bases. These could be used for shorter barrels using a different gas block front sight.

The length of the piston is 3.212" overall and 2.695" from the flange to the head. The material used in these is Stainless Steel that is heat treated after machining to increase wear resistance.

Polish Tantal Flats

WARNING!! THE SELECTOR DIMPLE IS RELOCATED FOR THE TANTAL AND YOU MUST CLEARANCE YOUR FLAT JIG FOR THIS FEATURE. MY JIGS FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS HAVE THIS CLEARANCE CUT MADE.

These flats will be $35 each with the magwell cut to match a standard Tantal mag. Without being cut they will be $35 so the Tantal selector parts can be used for any caliber after opening up the magwell. These will include rails with both left and right side mag stabilizers. The flats and rails will be made from 4130 steel and all standard dimples will be stamped except for the CPS detents on the non-op side.

To finish these flats along with the others you will need to buy a 5mm and 7mm reamer. Or at least get drill bits of that size to open up the holes in the flats once they are bent. The reamers should cost around $27 for the set plus shipping from most online tool suppliers. At the same time you order the reamers buy 4mm (or 5/32) screw machine drill bits for drilling the trunnion holes. The rear trunnion holes are 4.5mm. Try not to buy the cheap import drill bits for drilling the trunnion holes.

Bulgarian Sidefolder Flats

had a chance to bend one of the new flats and the Russian trunnion will stick out the back of the receiver around .040 or so. The D-shaped latch doesn't fit too bad. For the time and cost it would take to have another design made up it really wouldn't be worth doing.

This is a brand new flat made just for the Bulgarian Sidefolder stocks. The magwell is not full size, but can be ordered cut to 5.45 or 7.62 mag dimensions. This is NOT a modified flat. This is totally different than any flat ever on the market before.

The flat is made from 4130 annealed steel as well as the bolt guide rails. On the rails the mag stabilizers are on BOTH sides not just the right side. There is also a dimple on the right side rail that pushes the hammer away from the side of the receiver.

You will have to drill the center support holes, drill/ream the op-side hammer hole and ream out the non-op hammer/trigger pin holes. This process fixes at least three or four problems with the way we've had to work with a bent flat in the past.

We also sell the 5mm and 7mm Reamers for finishing the hammer and trigger holes on these flats. These will ensure that you have perfectly round holes for the axis pins to go through. You will want to run these at a slow speed and use some cutting oil if you have some. The reamers are sold separtly and are $25.00 per set.

M92 Flats

This flat will work with the M92 or M70 that has the flat sided front trunnion. There aren't many that have the flat sided front trunnion, but there are a few out there.

Polish Underfolder Flats

These flats are made from 4130 annealed steel as well as the rails.

This is an image of the new Polish Underfolder flat that I'm having made from scratch. Each flat will come with a set of rails with mag stabilizers on each side. These are stamped from raw materials and are NOT modified flats from any other manufacturer.

This flat will not work with the Yugo M70, Yugo M92, Hungarian AMMS or Romanian underfolder rear trunnion.
