The over-travel adjustment will take any unnecessary trigger travel after the hammer has been released.

The disconnect adjustment will make sure you have no unwanted discharges after pulling the trigger.

The safety adjustment will allow the safety to work no matter how the trigger is adjusted.

The biggest advantage is the sear engagement location. With the sear further behind the hammer's pivot, there is less force against the sear , allowing for a lighter trigger pull.
